Accessing UCEAP EGrades

Accessing UCEAP EGrades

This document is only for UC Campus staff looking to access UCEAP EGrades for their students participating in Study Abroad.

First, you will go to the following URL:

Where you replace <CAMPUS> with your associated campus:
  1. UCB – UC Berkeley
  2. UCD – UC Davis
  3. UCI – UC Irvine
  4. UCLA – UC Los Angeles
  5. UCM – UC Merced
  6. UCR – UC Riverside
  7. UCSB – UC Santa Barbara
  8. UCSC – UC Santa Cruz
  9. UCSD – UC San Diego

When you connect, you will be prompted with a Microsoft 365 Login prompt similar to this:

Enter the email address you use to log into Office 365 for your campus if you use Office 365, or the email address UCEAP invited you to access our tenant.

You will be prompted to verify your identity using an authenticator, most likely Microsoft Authenticator.

From there, you will have access to the grade files.

If you are seeing this message, you are probably doing one of the following:
  1. Your campus login has not been given access.
  2. Not going to the proper URL for the grades.

Someone from your campus who has access to the grades will need to contact uceapsupport@uceap.universityofcalifornia.edu to request that you be added to the list of users with access to the grades.

We require this in order to confirm the validity of the request.

We have set up the site so that you can access only your campus’ grades, which requires a specific URL.

Please make sure you are going to:
